Personal Training
The first training session will consist of a discussion of your health, nutrition, injuries, goals, etc. Following that, we will guide you through several movement tests to help determine any muscle imbalances and then progress into a light workout to get a better idea of your strengths, weaknesses, endurance, etc. From there we will schedule the second session which will be a full workout. For the nutrition session we’ll dive deeper into your diet, your nutritional goals, and how it connects with fitness. This approach allows you ample time to get a feel for our style and the studio(s) while allowing us to learn about your diet, movement patterns, and other aspects of your fitness to create the best program possible.
Partner Training
Partner training is two people (you + a friend or partner) and one trainer. We take the same straightforward approach to partner training as we do with personal training. It’s extremely important that we thoroughly deduce any different strengths and weaknesses between two people so we can plan and program accordingly. Both people will sometimes do the same exercises, sometimes different exercises, and usually different weights and reps. We will also take biometric measurements as well as provide recipes to get started.
